About Notary Pin
We are mobile notaries ourselves and while operating our personal notary business in San Diego, CA, we would continually hear the same responses. “You were the first mobile notary to pick up,” “You were the only notary to call me back” or, “You were the only mobile notary available on Sunday.”
Most local mobile notary businesses are solo owner operated. They wear all of the hats in their business. They are the notary, receptionist, driver, marketer, accountant, janitor, and personal chef… Many of us have families and are juggling notary appointments for our clients while also finding time for ourselves and our families.
There are many mobile notaries that do this work part-time. They’re the moms & dads, retirees, and college students looking to make a little extra income on the side. They typically have no interest in operating a full-time mobile notary business, meaning they don’t market themselves and their services online. You can usually only find them through word of mouth.
What we’ve done is tap into both full-time and part-time mobile notaries. This makes available more notaries to you as the consumer and gives more work opportunities to all mobile notaries without them having to invest additional time & money into marketing. This also gives them a more flexible schedule and finds work closer to their area. It’s not just convenient for you, it’s also convenient for the notary.
