What happens if there’s a problem with my apostille order?
We review each situation individually based on what happened, the work completed, and costs already incurred. What forms of ID are acceptable for a notarization?
A valid government issued Photo ID is acceptable. Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, etc… DMV Extension Receipts, Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, and other documentation without a photo cannot be accepted.
What if I don't have a valid ID?
We can still notarize it! We need 2 Credible Witnesses with valid ID that can confirm they personally know you and you are the person named on the document.
Can I cancel or reschedule a notary appointment?
We understand plans change. You can generally cancel free up to two hours before your appointment, and rescheduling is free if the notary hasn’t started traveling.
