The time it takes to have a document notarized varies depending on the number of documents and signatures that need to be notarized. We can provide you with an estimated time frame when you schedule your appointment.
A valid government issued Photo ID is acceptable. Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, etc… DMV Extension Receipts, Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, and other documentation without a photo cannot be accepted.
We can still notarize it! We need 2 Credible Witnesses with valid ID that can confirm they personally know you and you are the person named on the document.

Yes. Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before your appointment when booked more than 2½ hours ahead; same-day bookings can cancel free within 30 minutes of booking. Rescheduling is free as long as the notary hasn’t left. Outside those windows a $50 fee applies (no-shows: 50% of the fee or $50, whichever is greater) — full details in our Cancellation Policy.
At this time, the state of California does not authorize its Notaries to perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON). We are keeping an eye out for when it is allowed.
